People in the distant. Cloud-shrudded skies and a steady wind. But winter is letting go. Soon comes summer, the heat and all those beach-dwellers. Is it better right now? I think so. Me. You, the sand and the sea.

As spring Finally comes to Suburbia, new opportunities open for pieces of Sweden to be cut out of reality. This project isn’t something you do on a plan. Images tend to just show themselves when not looking for them. They sort of hide in a NMP-field, like “The Heart of Gold” in “The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy”. They appear at the edge of your eye and fortunately I now have a warning-system alerting me for such as they show themselves. So here we go… If you want to see the rest of this project this far, take a look here: Pieces of Sweden at the Peter Lindberg Photography website

A Day At The Beach…
The best way to spend time doing nothing really… is a day at the beach. Beaches are best at off-season. And it was a nice day.
Pescara, the capital in Abruzzo has some pretty good beaches, right smack in the middle of the city. These beaches extend pretty much all the way north through the region. And with some interruptions they continue all the way up through the regions north of Abruzzo, up to where the lowlands around Venice take over.
To the south the beaches are quite different. Small pebbles below steep cliffs or just cliffs right into the sea. The beaches in the south of Abruzzo tend to be less crowded during high season. And pebbles means less sand that you bring home with you. Locals often say they prefer the beaches in the south. I think I agree.

Here I stand on my bare knees, asking for your help. It will not cost you a penny, only a minute of your time. And the result will be more photography and images for you to see, feelings to feel. If you spread the word around about my posts, the ones you like, more people will see them. If more people will se my art, my images (if it is art or not is in the eye of the beholder ultimately) and more will like it or dislike it. And the more that see, the more the chance to sell increases. And when I sell my art and my time as a professional photographer, the more time and resources I can spend on my artistic work since the bills will already be paid.
Everybody talks about the importance of art and artists, fewer are willing to invest in us. I am not asking for your money, just your help to spread the word and links to my work. And I also ask you to do that with other artists who’s work you like. By doing this you contribute to the developing of art, to the evolvement and development of society. Even the old greeks understood this: Art is what makes a society civilized. Without art we are merely naked monkeys.
So how do you spread my art? It is easy; copy paste the link to the post into a your FaceBook timeline, email it to friends, like my FaceBook page for Peter Lindberg Photography and share my updates, LIKE updates on FaceBook, skare and like on Google+, share links on Twitter, follow me on Twitter and re-tweet my tweets… and so on.
Thank you for your time, and thank you for helping out!
Sincerely
Peter Lindberg
Air is cold, but the sun quickly warms any surface it hits. Sunny days in March warms me up both inside and out. What I like even more than the sun itself is all the shadows the spring-sun creates. A never-ending source of patterns and shapes. Enjoy.

The little details in life that pass you by. Those that form the world we live in. Isolated they tend to sometimes become weird, sad or amusing. People look but don’t see. They see but don’t notice. Fortunately you people have me to see and notice for you. Otherwise it would not exist… Photography make things, details and events immortal. And we all want to be immortal, don’t we? The photographer, the immortifier.

Time will be. But is time at all? Timeless. Here is at least another image from The Garden.

En fortsättning genom drömmarnas värld.
